I'm Amelia, an integration coach. I support people in the space after a shift - when the old story has loosened its hold and the new one is just beginning to take shape.
I came to this work as a recovering chameleon. I spent years shaping myself around what other people needed, until an integration coach helped me find my way back to myself. Now I walk beside others doing the same.

Is this therapy?
No. Integration coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical care, and it isn't a substitute for them. I don't provide, sell, source, or recommend any substances.

Do I need to have done a ceremony to work with you?
No. Integration isn't only for after a plant medicine journey. Transitions, loss, breakthroughs, and quiet shifts all count. Some people come to me while preparing for a ceremony, and some have never sat in one at all.
What if I can't afford it?
If the cost is a barrier, I offer: one sliding scale spot per month, flexible payment plans, and occasional community offerings and gatherings.
