Questions

A few things people often ask before we start. If yours isn't here, you're welcome to ask me directly. Contact me

What is integration?

Integration is the process of taking a meaningful experience - like a medicine journey, a breakthrough, a transition, or a realization - and allowing it to become part of your everyday life. It's the space after something shifts, where you're figuring out what it means and how to live in alignment with it.

Do I need to have done a ceremony to work with you?

No. Integration isn't only for after a plant medicine journey. Transitions, loss, breakthroughs, and quiet shifts all count. Some people come to me while preparing for a ceremony, and some have never sat in one at all.

Is this therapy?

No. Integration coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical care, and it isn't a substitute for them. I don't provide, sell, source, or recommend any substances.

If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out for immediate support: call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, US), or call 911 in an emergency. For support during or after a psychedelic experience, the Fireside Project peer support line is available at 62-FIRESIDE (623-473-7433).

Where do sessions happen?

Sessions happen online over video, so you can join from wherever you feel most at ease.

How do I know if we're a fit?

That's what the free discovery call is for. It's 30 minutes, no pressure, and nothing to prepare. We talk about where you are and what you're looking for, and we both get a feel for whether this is right.

What happens in a session?

Sessions are 60 minutes, one to one, online over video. There's no fixed agenda. We start with what's present for you. I bring questions when they arise, reflection when it feels right, and help you stay connected to your body, your timing, and your truth.

Some people come with a specific experience to process. Others come with a feeling they can't name yet. Both are welcome.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. What you share in our sessions stays between us, with the standard limits, such as when someone's safety is at serious risk or when the law requires disclosure. I'm happy to talk through this on our first call.

What if I can't afford it?

If the cost is a barrier, I offer: one sliding scale spot per month, flexible payment plans, and occasional community offerings and gatherings.

You're welcome to reach out if you'd like to explore these options.
