About

Hi, I'm Amelia.

I'm not here to fix you or lead you down a linear path. I'm here to walk beside you while you unfold, remember, and root.

My work is anchored in presence, deep listening, and a quiet respect for the in-between. I support people in the space after a shift - when the old story has loosened its hold, and the new one is just beginning to take shape.

I come to this work as a recovering chameleon: someone who spent decades dimming my light to keep the peace, shrinking to stay safe, and shapeshifting into well intentioned but empty versions of myself to meet others' wants and needs. 'Amelia' was a performance, designed for whoever was in front of me, so they might like me and I wouldn't be alone.

While I chased approval, I lost myself - except for a tiny light inside that I tended and cared for, and that an integration coach helped me turn into a roaring fire. Learning to take up space, to offer my whole self to the world, has been the most terrifying - and beautiful - journey of my life.

So if you're in a tender place, unsure how to carry what's come through or how to move forward - know this: you don't have to hold it all alone. I'll hold the lantern. You get to soften. You get to breathe.

In our sessions, I bring a steady and nonjudgmental presence. I'll ask questions when they arise, offer reflection when it feels right, and help you stay connected to your own body, timing, and truth. We move at the speed of trust - yours.

This space is for you if

  • You're curious about plant medicine, have a ceremony scheduled, or are currently integrating a past experience.
  • You've recently had a big experience (a ceremony, a loss, a shift, a revelation) and don't want to just move on - you want to make meaning.
  • You're tired of pushing through or figuring it out alone.
  • You tend to be the one who holds space for others and crave a space where you get to be the one held.
  • You're someone who's been good at adapting - but you're ready to stop shape-shifting and start showing up as your full self.
  • You sense something's changing inside you, but don't have the words for it yet.
  • You value self-reflection, even when it's messy.
  • You're not looking for someone to give you answers - but you'd love support as you find your own.

It isn't the right fit if

  • You're in crisis right now. Please call or text 988, or call the Fireside Project at 62-FIRESIDE (623-473-7433).
  • You're looking for therapy or treatment for a mental health condition. Coaching isn't a substitute for clinical care.
  • You're looking for someone to provide, source, or recommend substances. I don't.

What is integration?

Integration is the process of taking a meaningful experience - like a medicine journey, a breakthrough, a transition, or a realization - and allowing it to become part of your everyday life.

It's the space after something shifts, where you're figuring out what it means and how to live in alignment with it. That might look like:

  • making changes in how you show up in relationships
  • finding language for something new you're feeling
  • noticing what no longer fits - and what you're drawn toward
  • creating new patterns, boundaries, or intentions

Integration isn't about fixing yourself or rushing to clarity. It's about slowing down enough to let the insights land, to feel your way through, and to take small steps that feel true.
